Description

Jowar (sorghum) is one of India's oldest cultivated grains gluten-free, high in plant protein, and naturally lower on the glycaemic index than wheat. Our Organic Jowar Flour is stone-ground from certified organic white sorghum, giving it a mild, slightly sweet flavour that works beautifully in rotis and flatbreads. An excellent daily alternative for those managing gluten sensitivity or blood sugar.

Ideal for making

Jowar roti, bhakri, porridge, gluten-free pancakes, multigrain blends

How Rasarth is different

Here's what our customers say

The haldi colour alone tells you it's the real deal. Properly pungent, properly fresh. Store-bought stuff feels flat after this.

Sameer J.
Nutritionist, Bangalore

Didn't expect much, but a few weeks in with Rasarth and I'm sold. The purity is the thing you can just tell. Feels good knowing what's going into our food now.

Priya S.
Home cook, Chennai

Switched our atta to Rasarth a few weeks back. Rotis come out softer and the smell when it's cooking is just... different. Won't go back.

Ankit M.
Food blogger, Mumbai

The rice actually smells like rice. Long grains, cooks clean, no weird aftertaste. Small thing but you notice it every single meal.

Rekha V.
Mother of two, Pune

Switched for the health angle, stayed for the taste. Nutty, filling, doesn't sit heavy. Honestly didn't think rice could make me this particular.

Meera T.
Wellness coach, Delhi

Made the swap and didn't expect to care, but you can taste it's unrefined and clean. Now it's just what we keep on the shelf.

Harish P.
Restaurant owner, Surat

Pakoras and chillas turned out properly no bitterness, just clean besan flavour. The kind of thing you only notice when it's actually good.

Deepa N.
